These terms apply to francecto.io and every page on it. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

## About this site

francecto.io is a community website for France ($FR), a memecoin on the Solana blockchain with the contract address Coyj3LtKn1BNSgWc9HsGK5SKoGfEoDaymig4wrN6pump. The site is run by members of the $FR community ("we", "us"). It is not run by a company, a fund or any government body.

## No financial advice

Everything on this site is for information and entertainment. Nothing here is financial, investment, legal or tax advice, and nothing here is an offer or a recommendation to buy or sell any asset. Do your own research and speak to a qualified professional before you make any decision.

## Swaps and wallets

The swap on this site is the Jupiter Plugin, a service provided by Jupiter. When you swap, you connect your own wallet and approve each transaction yourself. We never hold your funds, your private keys or your recovery phrase, and we cannot reverse, cancel or refund a transaction.

Blockchain transactions are final. Prices, routes, slippage and network fees are set by Jupiter, the liquidity pools and the Solana network, not by us. Check every detail in your wallet before you approve.

## Risk

$FR is a memecoin. It has no intrinsic value, no team that promises returns and no roadmap you can rely on. Its price can move sharply and can fall to zero. Holding $FR gives you no ownership, profit share, voting right or claim against anyone. Only use money you can afford to lose.

## No affiliation

$FR and this site are not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to the French Republic, the French government, Emmanuel Macron, Donald Trump, Truth Social, any news outlet or any other public figure or organisation named on the site. Headlines and public posts are shown as news, with links to the original source.

## Your responsibilities

You are responsible for making sure that using crypto assets and this site is legal where you live, and for any taxes that apply to you. Do not use the site if you are under 18, or if you are located in a country or region where these activities are prohibited or sanctioned.

## Third-party services

The site links to and loads services we do not control, including Jupiter, pump.fun, DexScreener, Solscan, Telegram, Google, the Trump's Truth archive and news publishers. Their own terms and privacy policies apply. Market data and feeds come from these services, can be delayed or wrong, and are provided as they are.

## Content and trademarks

The $FR logo, banner and site design belong to the $FR community. Hero photos come from Pexels and are used under the Pexels license. Names and trademarks of other projects, outlets and people belong to their owners and are used only to identify them.

## Liability

The site is provided "as is" and "as available", without any warranty. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss or damage that comes from using the site, the swap, any third-party service, any data shown here or the $FR token, including lost funds, lost profits or wrong transactions.
